Several years ago M4 had a company summit to align our efforts around a singular mission.  In part of my presentation, I put together a diagram (below) that chronicled what just a few personal relationships put in motion. I challenged my employees to elevate their standards of service and personal connection with clients.

While this diagram only illustrated a sliver of business, it served to show the tremendous opportunities that can come from relationships.
